Roads under this Corporation:

There are 4 categories of roads existing inside the Municipal Corporation as detailed below:-
1. Black Topping Road - 485.05 KMs
2. Cement Concrete Road - 115.95 Kms.
3. Metal Road - 117.20 Kms.
4. Earthen Road - 64.80 Kms.

Black Topping Road: (485.05 Km)

67 works were proposed to be taken up involving an amount of Rs.1,10,33,100/-. Out of this, 60 work orders have been issued to different agencies involving an amount of Rs. 99, 33,100.00 and 25 works are nearing completion.

Cement Concrete Road: (115.95 Km)

39 works involving an amount of Rs. 55,40,900/- were proposed to be taken up. Out of this, 36 work orders had been issued to different agencies and 21 works are at the last stage of completion.

Metalled Road: ( 117.20 Km)

Nine works involving an amount of Rs. 16,49,900/- had been proposed to be taken up. Out of this, 4 works have already been completed.
