The present commissioner of the Corporation is not new to Cuttack. Prior to this, he has held impressive portfolios of being Administrator CMC (96-97), Vice chairman Cuttack Development Authority, Collector Cuttack, Director Secondary Education, President BSE, Director Agriculture. With the experience and knowledge accumulated during these periods, he is the right person to analyze and implement the plans of the Corporation towards solving Cuttack challenging problems.

She hails as a very popular figure from the city of Cuttack, renowned for her social works and endeavors for the people. Such has been her dedication that she has chosen to remain away from the confines of the family and has involved herself in totality, to the cause of the society. She represented as the Member of Legislative Assembly, before been elected as the Mayor of the Corporation. Her vision, coupled with the aims & objective of the corporation assures us a strength, which would bring effective changes towards betterment of the city.
